Every year Ladderstore makes a donation to Circus Starr, who give over one million underprivileged children and children with disabilities the chance to run away and see the circus to forget their troubles for the day. Circus Starr provides over £1.3 million worth of free tickets to children, their families and community groups throughout the UK every year and we hope our donation will help them to continue such fantastic work.
Circus Starr helps release these children from difficult circumstances in your local area, if only for a moment. As well as being a successful circus with a world-class professional artist, they also work with local charities to raise additional funds for hospices, hospitals, young carers, women's refuges and a range of charities supporting vulnerable children.
It may not seem like a big deal to visit the circus for most of us, but for underprivileged, disabled and vulnerable children it's a fantastic experience which wows their senses and gives them back the magic of childhood.
