Ladderstore Returns & Damages

Firstly thank you for placing an order with Ladderstore. If an item has arrived to you damaged we apologise for the inconvenience caused, we aim to adequately package items to avoid damage however on occasion items are damaged in transit.

If you would like to return an item you have purchased from Ladderstore or have a damage to report, please complete the form below. Please also ensure the sales order number and reason for return is visible on the exterior of the package. Failure to do this will delay the time frame of a refund or exchange being processed. We aim to resolve these matters as quickly as possible and we cannot start the exchange or returns process without images and additional information below.
