The Isotec 200 is a heavy duty loft ladder that is manufactured from heavy duty steel which gives the product a high load capacity of 250 KG per step. The Isotec is a popular choice when it comes to commercial and industrial products. With a good thermal efficiency of 0.17 W/m K, this Isotec steel loft ladder is also fire rated, which offers 60 minutes of fire protection. This folding steel loft ladder comes as a complete kit and has 360 x 120 mm wide treads and a counter balance operation for safety and comfort.
