Klime-ezee Access Platform - 4 Tread

The 4 Tread Klime-Ezee Access Platform is a heavy duty product with strengthened treads manufactured in steel, which makes it suitable for all types of requirements, including access to vehicles and machinery. With an extra long platform and total customisation available the KAP work platform can be made suitable for a range of environments and applications.

It is great for maintenance access and even large warehouses where frequent access is needed. The main features of this access work platform include a safe and sturdy platform with a safe working load of 500 kg. As well as strengthened treads and a strengthened back axle the KAP platforms are ideal for construction, warehousing and logistics. Colour Choice

The KAP platforms come in a range of RAL colours for you to choose from. As standard these are Green, Grey, Orange, Red, Yellow and Blue. These colours do not come at an extra charge, however should you want a specific RAL colour not listed here please get in touch with our team who will provide a quotation for this colour.

Tread Options

As standard these platforms come with a standard metal grooved step, the other option is to change this tread style for a PVC Non-slip Tread. The differences in these tread types can be seen below.

Bottom Entrance Security

Bottom Entrance Security are the options available at the very bottom of the step. These options are available to prevent unauthorised access to the steps of the platform. Your options are a simple chain or an opening gate.

Platform Entrance Security

Platform entrance security is another way of preventing unauthorised access on your platform. Instead of being at the bottom of the step however, this is at the top of the steps as you walk onto the platform. This can also be used security for the user on the platform as the chain or gate can be closed when the user is working on the platform,

 

Left & Right Side Platform Options

When you enter the platform you now have to choose what you have on the left and right side of the platform. Our platforms come with a chain on one side free of charge, however both sides may incur extra charges. Your options include a gate, a bar or even a removable side.

Rear Platform Options

The next decision is to decide if you would like a bar, gate or chain at the back of your platform step. You can of course opt to keep the standard guardrail as shown on the image above.

Platform Extensions

Platform extensions are available to make the platform a little longer. Each tread extension gives the width of the tread as an additional workspace area at the top of the platform.
