The Powertower from JLG is one of the higher powered scissor lifts on the market offering a platform height of 3.1m and a working height of 5.1m. The Powertower also has a 1.52 x 0.75m platform giving the user a larger area to work from, these dimensions are more than 50% larger than its nearest competitor. At a width of only 0.78 m this heavy duty powered platform easily passes through a single doorway making it ideal for transporting to and from jobs.
The Powertower is an ideal alternative to scaffolding and is much more cost effective in the long run due to the speed it can be assembled. The safety features of this platform are also at the forefront of the design and include; fail safe hydraulic circuit, improved heavy duty auto lock wheels, emergence descent and an audiable drive alarm. The PowerTower is a manual push around with a powered lift function.

It is a legal requirement within the Health and Safety at Work Act and PUWER '98 that employers provide adequate training for employees on any equipment used in the workplace. This means that when using a piece of equipment like this you should be trained. We recommend each user has IPAF Training. The PowerTower is a push around platform and training for this can be completed in half a day. Contact us for more information if this is required. Maintenance on these machines are also a requirement and they should be inspected every six months. by a competent person, our aftercare team can provide this via JLG for regular maintenance and inspection. Familiarisation of using this equipment will be shown upon delivery.
