Constructed with a Beech hardwood ladder and a fixed frame that is insulated and draft sealed, the unit maintains a fantastic U-Value of 0.71. Safety is a priority with steps positioned 230mm apart, a 64 degree climbing angle, and deep non-slip treads complemented by two sturdy handrails. This easy to install unit includes a full battery backup for more than 20 full movements to ensure you are never without access during a power outage.
